(0) New developments should be pursued near areas served by transit. The Robert J. Cabral Station in Downtown is served by both the Altamont Corridor Express and Amtrak San Joaquins train services. If the area surrounding the station is developed, Stockton residents will be more inclined to use the train instead of driving. 03/21/2017
