Near Cabral Station in Downtown (1) Priority should be placed on developing the area surrounding Robert J. Cabral Station in Downtown. With the Altamont Corridor Express and Amtrak San Joaquins train services serving Downtown, efforts should be made to leverage these critical services to attract tourists and investments in the area. Station area development near the Cabral Station has the potential to bring more residents Downtown to live and work, thus helping to maximize efficiency and reduce service costs. 03/21/2017

Main Street East of Stockton into the Downtown area (3) This street is a main (hence the name Main St.) visible street by many individuals both on foot and with vehicle mobility. I have stressed the imporatnce as to why Main Street needs improvement and should be considered for improvement by using our sister Cities Main Street as an example. We have Lodi Main Street ( cute and home town feel ), Manteca Main St. (full of trees and hisotircal building), and Ripon Main St. (attractive and clean) and these are prime examples of what every town's Main St. looks like. 03/08/2017
