Mixed use developments near Cabral Station in Downtown (1) The 2040 General Plan update should evolve to include rail infrastructure as a "key corridor" in Stockton. The Robert J. Cabral Station in Downtown should be considered an important landmark in Stockton, as it provides a critical link to both intercity (Amtrak San Joaquins) and commuter (Altamont Corridor Express) rail services. This area should be considered a "key corridor" that needs to be developed as much as any major roadway in Stockton. 03/21/2017
